How long do I have to commit for?

Once tasks and hours are agreed upon you can stop at one task or enjoy further help with other tasks. You have the power to employ as little or as much virtual assistance as you require.​

What are your payment terms?

For hourly work, you receive an invoice upon completion of agreed hours.

For packaged assistance payment is upfront.​ Packages are valid for 6 months from purchase.

GST is applicable for all services.

Do you have a minimum amount of time I can choose?

Yes. Two-hour minimum for all services.

Can I adjust the number of hours required?​

Yes.

We pride ourselves on transparent, consistent communication to keep you up to speed on the progress. If it is agreed tasks cannot get completed in the agreed time you can extend the hours you wish to proceed with.​

What if I am not happy with the results?​

We offer to debrief on all tasks completed under agreed time frames. If agreed tasks have not been completed as signed off after the initial consult we offer a satisfaction refund policy.​
